Much has been said about the addition of co-op to the Dead Space series, with the release of Dead Space 3. Whether you are interested in co-op or not, Visceral are trying to make sure you get a different experience whether you’re solo or with a friend.
After having a chance to play some of the Dead Space 3 campaign, it does seem that the story, or at least the events, are going to be very different. When playing as Isaac, you’ll still encounter Carver from time to time, but the game still feels like the lonely experience you’re used to in the previous Dead Space games.
