We already knew that Halo 4 would have one multiplayer map remake and over the weekend it was revealed that Halo 3′s Valhalla is the returning map. Although it’s not called Valhalla any more, as it has been renamed to Ragnarok.
Valhalla wouldn’t have even come close to being my first choice for the lone remake to include in Halo 4, and I’m surprised that 343 Industries think it’s popular enough to remake, as it seemed like everyone was always vetoing it when it came up. Oh well. On the bright side, these new images and video give us a great look at the new multiplayer vehicle, the Mantis, which has some seriously powerful guns and can stomp other vehicles. I can’t wait to test that thing out.
