Could this be?
Another day, another GTA 5 release date rumor, this time it’s coming from a semi-sketchy Polish website. Anyone can doctor a photo, but why do we think this one has some potential to be true?
Well, the reason this rumor could, possibly, be true is that we already know that Game Informer will be releasing their long-awaited Grand Theft Auto 5 issue on November 8th. They will be running a huge, eighteen page, story on GTA 5 so it stands to reason that Rockstar would use this magazine feature to announce the release date. Maybe?

Update: Rockstar have now confirmed, via a press release today, that GTA 5 will be released in Spring 2013. ”Grand Theft Auto V builds on everything we’ve learned about open world game design,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. “We can’t wait to share it with fans.”
