Gas up the bike, it’s time to head back to the track.
Ubisoft announced today that Trials Evolution will receive its first piece of DLC, with the Origin of Pain pack hitting the marketplace later this month for 400 MS Points. They also announced that Trials will be heading back to the PC with Trials Evolution: Gold Edition releasing in early 2013.
Starting with the Origin of Pain DLC, it will include new objects for the track editor, 36 new tracks and also introduces the BMX Bike for the first time in the series. Even though there are 1000′s of user-created tracks available for free, the BMX and new track objects are almost worth the 400 MS Points on their own. Almost.
Next up is the PC version, which not only includes all of the Trials Evolution content, but comes with all of the content from Trials: HD as well. They didn’t reveal the price yet, but I would guess it’ll be the same as the Xbox 360 version at $15, which would make it a great deal with all of that content.
