Modern Warfare 3 Content Collection 4 Is The Final Assault

The season is almost over.

The Modern Warfare 3 Content Season comes to close next week for Xbox 360 owners when Content Collection #4: Final Assault is released on September 6th.

Content Collection #4 will include five multiplayer maps: Decommission, Gulch, Parish, Offshore and Boardwalk. Premium Elite members on the 360 will receive Gulch, Parish, and Boardwalk on September 5th, as their last content drop, and PS3 and PC gamers will, as usual, have to wait a little while longer for the new content. We’ll update once Infinity Ward confirms the release date on those platforms.

Does this mean elite member are only getting 3 of the 5 maps? So I’ll have to buy the other 2?

  Nope, Elite members already received Decommission and Offshore as part of the July DLC Drop, so you should already have access to those. Non-elite members haven’t had a chance to get them yet, so now they can get those two maps and the three news ones in Content Collection 4.
