Things are about to get bloody.
It looks like my favorite TV series is getting it’s own downloadable game. Spartacus Legends is coming to Xbox Live and the Playstation Network and will transport you to the gladiatorial arenas of the Starz Spartacus series.
Sparatcus Legends will let you equip your gladiator with a number of different weapon combinations and train him in the ludus. You’ll also be able to fight as series stars Spartacus and Crixus, among others, in offline and online battles. Liam McIntyre, the actor who plays Spartacus on the show, lends his voice and likeness to the game and has provided creative input to the development team.
Spartacus Legends is scheduled to release around the same time as the final season of the show, Spartacus: War of the Damned, in early 2013. Check out the trailer below:
