PS3 and PC gamers are left waiting, again.
Last month Infinity Ward announced that they would be releasing a remake of Modern Warfare 2′s Terminal map for Modern Warfare 3 and that it would be free for all gamers. Now, they have confirmed that it will be released on July 17th for Premium Elite members and July 18th for non-premium members, but only for the Xbox 360.
Gamers who want the Terminal map remake on PC and PS3 will have to wait a little longer, as Infinity Ward could not confirm when it would be released on those systems. Once they are able to confirm its release date on PC and PS3, we’ll be sure to pass it along.
I don’t think I even need to ask how you feel about this as I’m sure Xbox 360 owners love it, and everyone else is mad as hell, so we’ll just leave it as that.
Update – July 24th: Infinity Ward announced today that the Terminal Remake will make its way to the PS3 on August 16th for Premium Elite members and then August 17th for everyone else. PC release date still not confirmed.
Update #2 – July 26th: Infinity Ward confirmed today that the Terminal Remake will be available for everyone on PC on August 17th.
