One of our favorite co-op games of 2011, Dead Island, will be getting a game of the year edition this summer, and the best part is that it’s going to be pretty cheap.
Announced today by Deep Silver, the Dead Island Game of the Year Edition will cost $29.99 and comes bundled with the Bloodbath Arena DLC, Ryder White DLC, and a new blueprint for the Ripper weapon mod. Both of the DLC packs are 800 MS Points($10) each, and the game still goes for $29.99 on it’s own, so this is a great deal for anyone who hasn’t played the game yet. If you haven’t played it yet, then you missed out on a great co-op zombie-RPG, and you can read our reviews for the main game, the Bloodbath Arena and Ryder White DLC’s while you wait for the GoTY Edition to come out this summer.
