IGN are reporting that the following reservation cards are available for purchase in Target stores in the U.S. and The Verge (or Polygon, if you prefer) have verified with Target employees that the release date will be November 13th, 2012.
Black Ops 2 had been rumored to be the next Call of Duty title but this confirms it, though we have yet to hear from Activision yet.
