Today, THQ have revealed details on the Collector and Limited Editions of Darksiders 2.
Anyone who pre-orders (check out the other pre-order items available at each store here) the game will be automatically upgraded to the Limited Edition, which comes with a free code to download the first DLC, Argul’s Tomb, when it’s released after the game’s launch. No specifics on the DLC were given, but free game content for a game you were already going to buy is always worth a trip to the video game store.
They also confirmed that there will be a Collectors Edition available, which will include the Limited Edition and free Argul’s Tomb DLC, a life-size replica death mask with a stand (very badass), Darksiders 2 art book, another free DLC in the form of the Shadow of Death Armor and Scythe and a digital version of the game soundtrack. No price was confirmed for the Collectors Edition, but once we know we will update here.
